Upgrading Your Plan

What each plan includes, how to upgrade, how to cancel, and what happens to your treats when you switch.

Illustration for Upgrading Your Plan

Moving to a paid plan gets you more treats per month, premium TLD access, and the warm feeling of supporting a product built by humans who care about naming.

How to upgrade

1. Go to Account → Billing in the top-right menu 2. Pick a plan 3. Enter your card details in the hosted checkout flow 4. Done — your treats are available immediately

What the plans include

  • Agency (monthly subscription)

  • 500 treats per month
  • $0.15 per extra treat if you blow past the included volume
  • Built for client work, higher-volume iteration, and shared usage
  • The same premium TLD access as Founder
  • Everything in Founder
  • Prices are shown on the [Pricing page](/pricing). We don't hide them in the checkout flow.

What happens to my existing treats when I upgrade?

Nothing bad. If you have leftover treats from a pack or from a previous plan, they stay in your account. Subscription treats are added on top.

    Prorating

If you upgrade mid-cycle, the checkout flow handles the plan change and your new allowance becomes available as soon as the upgrade completes.

    How to cancel

Go to Account → Billing. You can cancel anytime — your subscription benefits continue until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No guilt-trip loops.

After cancellation, your account reverts to Free. Any treat pack treats in your balance remain and never expire.

What if I downgrade instead of cancel?

Downgrading works the same way — the lower-tier plan takes over on your next billing cycle, and the treats from the current cycle stay usable until then.
